Dinosaur Island Escape Room! Saturday, July 18 Saturday, July 25 Your team are paleontologists who have been called to explore Dinosaur Island, a park in the middle of the ocean with many real dinosaurs on it, cloned by the brilliant scientist, Professor Michaels. You study the dinosaurs in their enclosed habitats, but suddenly there's a terrible thunderstorm and a lightning bolt strikes the power station that supplies the park's security system, unlocking all of the dinosaurs' gates! The park's staff and other visitors panic - what if the dinosaurs find their way out of their enclosures? Professor Michaels flies off in his helicopter, leaving your team to restore the power. But the mad scientist has hidden the combination to activate the security gates in coded messages and puzzles all around the power station. You must work together to solve the codes and puzzles for the combination that opens a secret box with the key that will open the main gates, so you can escape - before the dinosaurs attack! For families and friend teams of 3 to 5 players, ages 8 and up. All teams must have at least one member age 15 or older. Registration required. One team per heat. Box Full of Dinos w/ Paper Heart Puppets Friday, July 17 4:30—5:30 PM Enjoy two imaginative stories acted out with simple materials! A baby dinosaur hatches from a cardboard egg and sets off in search of his mom, discovering a world build from rods, strings, and imagination. Puppets transform, a flying dinosaur soars overhead, and cardboard becomes a heartfelt adventure. Then the audience helps decide what happens next in a playful choose-your-own-adventure story. This is a family-friendly show for ages 5 and up. Registration is required.
