Virtual Self-Care Sessions

VIRTUAL GENTLE FLOW YOGA – Tuesday, November 24th at 6pm
Join us and Samantha from Millbrook Yoga, for this online all level gentle flow yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners and will be held via Zoom. Please have ready: a yoga mat, blocks (books or cans of soup), strap (belt, ties, scarf, hand towel), and either a small blanket or bath towel.
Registration is required. Please email Samantha at to register and receive the Zoom link. We are happy to offer this class for free, but donations to Samantha are always appreciated.
