Virtual Self-Care Classes

This class is great for beginners or experienced practitioners. This all-level classes will be held via Zoom.
To register, you must email Samantha at with the class(es) you are interested in.
While we are happy to offer these classes for free, donations to Samantha are always appreciated.
Please have ready: a yoga mat, blocks (books or cans of soup), strap (belt, ties, scarf, hand towel), and either a small blanket or bath towel.

Our beloved meditation instructor Susan will be conducting a virtual meditation session on Tuesday, September 29th at 6:30pm. Help manage your stress and cultivate balance in your life with meditation. These sessions are a wonderful gathering for both beginners and experienced meditators to explore a variety of meditation techniques. All are welcome to join in some relaxation.
