Chair Yoga

Samantha Free has been teaching chair yoga for EVERYONE for many years! Whether you are a senior, in a wheelchair, have an injury or balance issues, Samantha will work with you. This 1 hour chair yoga class will consist of a combination of breath work, seated poses, and standing poses. We will not be getting down on the floor and there will be modified poses for those who don’t wish to stand. This class is intended to be light hearted and enjoyable.
