Vinyasa Flow Yoga

The library will be offering a yoga class on the 1st Thursday at 6:30pm and 2nd Wednesday at 5pm of each month, taught by a local yoga instructor. Beginners slow vinyasa flow is a floor/mat yoga that coordinates breath with movement through different variations of postures. It’s a great way to balance, strengthen and stretch the body. Modifications for posture will be implemented if necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

June’s classes will be held on Thursday June 7th at 6:30pm and Wednesday June 13th at 5pm.
Registration is now open!

Registration will now open on the 20th of every month for the next month’s classes. (Should the 20th fall on a day the library is closed, we will open registration on our next open business day.) In order to reserve your spot, you MUST come to the library and leave a $10 deposit (cash or check ONLY). Online and phone registrations are no longer available. Upon completion of the class, your deposit will be returned.
