Vinyasa Flow Yoga

The library will be offering a yoga class on the 1st Thursday at 6:30pm and 2nd Wednesday at 10:30am of each month, taught by local yoga instructor Jillian McMorrow. Beginners slow vinyasa flow coordinates breath with movement through different variations of postures. It’s a great way to balance, strengthen and stretch the body. Modifications for posture will be implemented if necessary. Please note that this is a floor/mat yoga class- it cannot be adapted into chair yoga. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Registration for February’s sessions will open on Wednesday, January 24th.
Sign-ups are limited to the first EIGHT people per session due to space restrictions.
PLEASE NOTE: if you register and then cancel, there will be a $10 program cancellation fee. We must enforce this due to the high demand for this program.
