Vinyasa Flow Yoga

The library will be offering a yoga class on the 1st Thursday at 6:30pm and 2nd Wednesday at 5pm of each month, taught by local yoga instructor Jillian McMorrow. Beginners slow vinyasa flow is a floor/mat yoga that coordinates breath with movement through different variations of postures. It’s a great way to balance, strengthen and stretch the body. Modifications for posture will be implemented if necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Dates and registration for May’s sessions will be posted later in April.
In order to reserve your spot, you MUST come to the library and leave a $10 deposit (cash or check ONLY). Online and phone registrations are no longer available. Upon completion of the class, your deposit will be returned.
